Hi,
Most of us have been to convention and have given thought to our plans for next year. What have you chosen? Have you found something awesome you can share with us? Let's hear from you! Christine |

I missed the conventions this year, but I have started planning for next year. My younger two will go back to co-op for some of their classes. Some of what we're using will be Apologia for science (Physical, Biology, Chemistry), VideoText Algebra, Teaching Textbooks Algebra & Geometry, Notgrass American history, and (I think) Write Shop for composition. I'm not totally sure about that last one. Has anyone used Write Shop for high school? There are some other things on the list, too, but I can't think of them all right now. I'll have two in high school next year plus an 8th grader, and co-op will be 1-1/2 days, so I expect a pretty busy year!

What I have found that is very exciting for next year, is that a majority of the books I was going to order are available at the library. I am now going to utilize the summer months and request different books to review. That way I can keep the cost low up-front, and get a personal glimpse into the books, to see if it is something that would work for our family.
