Does anyone know where to get a pattern to build a rickshaw for our VBS?

I would love a pattern for the rickshaw also! My idea would be to put the request in the hands of the men's ministry at the state level of your association.

Call the Association Office in Knox County (865-693-9097) to get a rickshaw pattern. This is the one that was pictured in the Baptist & Reflector January 14, 2004.

You can save a phone call or two by sending an email to ktrundle@tnbaptist.org
to request rickshaw patterns. I have the pattern that was pictured in the Jan 14th issue of the Baptist and Reflector.

One idea is to use one of those wooden garden carts and build a bench to put in it. You could also attach an umbrella to it.

WinkIf you can find an old wheelchair, you can make a cute Rickshaw. Just use some 2x2x6-7' boards and using some imagination and attach it to the chair at the armrest. Decorate it with $Tree/FamilyDollar type stuff and you have a rickshaw. You can also take old umbrella and take off the material and then glue on some crape paper and apply oriental picture etc.
