The younger children title poster and leader pack have these shirts that are supposed to be put on the title poster. It says to use clothes pins. Does it mean that literally, or just tape them on there and use the ones that appear to be on the shirts already?

At our associational training, the leader used small wooden clothespins that she said are available at a crafts store. And she had used cord/string to make a short clothesline on the title banner. I didn't look closely at it nor have I looked at the instructions that are provided, but it looked like a good idea to use the little clothespins.
