Hi. I was wanting to do a little something different with my youth class this year. I thought it might be nice to have class outside some if weather permits. I would just like to hear from other teachers about unique ways they have taught their class.

We're using our youth to teach VBS and placing them in leadership roles. At the end of the week, the youth will have recycled boat races they made before VBS to be used as decorations in the church. Our youth will be serving yet having fun at the boat races at the end of VBS.

In the past we have taken our youth off campus for VBS. We have two city parks close to the church that we use as well as the local Starbucks. The kids We have our lessons in the park pavillions and cook out. They love it.
