Hello

I am a new pastor's wife and my husband is the childrens pastor at our church. He takes care of the older ages and my responsiblity is the younger ages o-5. I am having some issues with our Day Care director and was wondering if anyone out there has a day care in there church and would not mind sharing how the two mininstries work together or seperate. It is my desire that we all work togeter but I am sure there are somethings that have to stay seperate. Any thoughts or shared experience
would be great

One of the things about Church folks is that we do not know how to communicate. Most problems can be resolved if we just sit down and talk. We (for the most part) will find out it was just miscommunication. I believe you will find out that you all have the same goals but are tring to get there two different ways. BE BLESSED
