Is anyone considering or has anyone actually had a pig roast? It is something we are considering for our family night / closing luncheon that we have every year. Any thoughts or ideas on that?

CLBCKids, I think it's a great idea if you know someone who knows how to do it right. The only reason we aren't doing it is because we don't have a place for the roasting pit and I can't find anyone who knows how to roast a pig whole. I hope that it goes really well for you!

We just had a good ole fashion pig picking and decorated the church for the luau.
