I got in touch with an old buddy from high school. He's a great guy - was one of the bestest friends anyone can have..rumors went around though about him...and h*m*s*x*al*ty.. Well, he sent me a note tonight and I learned he comes out by my area a lot! So I took advantage of the idea and invited him and his *friend* to church! My dd, Piglet, will be singing on October 5th with her group and thought it would be a nice way to break the ice? I said it was up to him but thought it would be a good idea.

So how do you minister to someone who, you don't agree with their lifestyle, but want to love them with Jesus' love? How do you say you disagree, when it's been so long since you've seen them, yet care very much about them, etc.?

I don't think it's a mistake God brought us together as friends again and I'm thrilled to be back in touch, in spite of everything. kwim?

Piglet did great on Sunday! Unfortunately, my friend didn't come. I didn't hear from him at all about coming. Oh well, you try right?

Still trying with my friend though. I'm learning he's a real p*rv*rt, sadly. Just want him to come to know Jesus.
