I am in charge of our church's VBS kick-off this year and would like to build the event around a tailgating theme with sport-related games or activities. The problem is I am having a hard time finding games for the little ones (preschool and kindergarten). I realize preschoolers aren't ready to compete but if I can get ideas on simple, fun games for them to play it would be great. And kindergarteners are ready for more of a challenge so I need ideas for them as well. Please help!!! Our kick-off is on June 3rd and any sites you could recommend or games you have used in the past would be a blessing to me! Thanks in advance!

i also called my local Bowling Alley.. They will give away bowling pins that may have dings in them and they can't use them any more. This makes for a great bowling center and use a basketball for them to roll.

Also, make a lollipop tree from a wooden dowl with holes drilled in it... color the tips of dum dum suckers and stick them in the tree... Pick a lollipop and what ever color they get thats which prize bin they choose from.

Someone mentioned a MR. Pockets. I love that idea... Make an apron and sew colorful pockets on all over it... fill with small prizes and candy.... get the kids to pick a pocket and whats in the pocket they get to keep...
