This was my first year as director and there never has been an evaluation before...so...I am wondering if anyone does some kind of post VBS evaluation and what are the mechanics of how you do it?!?!
Good question. If you used the Great Kingdom Caper materials this year, there are a couple of pages in the Director's Planning Guide that might get you started. You can always customize them, but pages 104 and 105 provide a way to gather and record the responses of VBS leaders in the various aspects of VBS. It's worth a look and might get you started this year. Even when we do a great VBS there is always the possiblity of getting new ideas from the workers in all the areas of VBS.
