I will be praying for you, as I am in a very similar situation right now.
I have been searching for an elementary teaching position for a long time now [about 4 years], but teaching jobs are really hard to come by in this area, due to such a high number of teachers, and a low number of positions available.
However, I have really been seeking God in this situation, as I want so much to do HIS will and not my own. I have a passion for teaching elementary school children [especially in reading], but, I do not want to take just "any" position that is offered to me. Of course, that all depends upon if I get the chance to have any interviews at all...
I know this for sure, I do not want to be teaching in any place where the Lord has not "sent me to" teach ...
