We usually let the ball drop when it comes to fillow up. We have tried different time for visits but this year we are doing our visits on the Sunday after VBS (which will be this Sunday) I'll let you know how it works.

The best advice I could give you would be to make sure you start follow up with your registration. I have found that you can make or break your follow up effort before VBS even starts. Be sure to get "complete" information. Computer registration is great, but if some give you paper registration be sure they are complete. I had one a couple of weeks ago that had the child's name and not much else. I stood there with the one who will be bringing them to VBS to be sure I had the information. If possible be sure you advertise for all of children's programs on your family night activities and through flyers, mail outs e-mail, etc. We are going to try to do the pictures on family night that the other thread talked about.
