We found out about 2 weeks ago that we are (instead of helping) doing the VBS at another church. I'm the pastors daughter, (living in Tulsa,OK) and me, my family, and some of the teens from our church are traveling to Nogales,AZ to do the VBS there. I need help planning the rotations for three groups, Pre-School, Young Kids, and Older Kids. My dad wants the pre-school to rotate with the younger and older kids. The VBS lasts 3 hours. The crafts, music, and rec need to be longer that bible study and snacks. The opening is 20 Minutes and the closing is 15 minutes. snacks are 15 minutes also. We want all kids to rotate at the same time.

Teen4God, I'm a little confused, are you having everyone in Bible Study at the same time and then moving them through the rotation sites or are you using Bible Study as a rotation? The first way is simpler, but requires more workers, and if you do it the second way, you have to have all of the rotations the same length, you can't have longer for Bible Study. We are doing a 2 1/2 hour VBS and rotating 4 age groups with the same length opening and closing. I'll post our schedule and you can see if it helps.
