We have always included the youth during craft and music rotation. We have a 2 1/2 hour vbs. How do you do your youth schedule?

We have always had our youth be helpers with the younger kids. They can either assist in one particular rotation throughout the night, or they can rotate with the classes, youth are a huge help especially in crafts and games, and they are really great at getting the kids into the music as well. If you have a separate Bible study for the youth, you can still have that and then assign each youth to a class afterwards to help out. In my experience, both as a youth helper, and as an adult leader, the youth have always learned more by working with the kids than by being in a class.
