"The highly controversial and troubling decision by the California courts against homeschooling was overturned today!
In a 3-0 ruling by the California Court of Appeal for the Second Appellate District, the Court ruled that under California law, the home school was equivalent to that of a small private school. California's Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger and Attorney General Edmund Brown had voiced support for the parental right to home school.
