Hi ladies! I'm not new to the lifeway forums but I am new to this side of it. I used to hand out quite often in the every day living side...if that is what it's called.
Anyway, I homeschooled my third son through first and second grades. He went back to public school in the third grade. I had planned on continuing but dh and I had some problems and I was forced to put him in ps. I'd love to bring him back home but he love ps and is not willing to come home....that is, unless he can get his grades up and then he's been told he will come home next year.
I will be homeschooling dd, kindergarden, this coming year. She's been preschooling but nothing of curriculum...just her asking questions and getting the answers as well as lots of drawing, lots of educational programs, etc. She's pretty brilliant and so the thought of homeschooling her is a bit unsettling. She already knows more than me.
About me...I'm a 42 year old mother of four. Three boys, and my little girl. All are six years apart in age. I'm married to a wonderful man who is a real go-getter. We've been married for 12 years. He's my gift from God.
I've written quite enough for now. I look forward to getting to know you all in the coming months.
