I'm teaching the VBX-ers in the youth class, which is a large room with a sofa on each wall. Is there any way I can incorporate those into my beach hut decorations? Or should I have them removed for that week? (I haven't seen many sofas on the beach!)

can you cover them with something that makes them look like rocks? Just a suggestion, I don't know if it would work.

Perhaps you could turn it in to an "upscale" beach hut... kinda resort style? Teenagers might get a kick out of that! You could make the walls and ceiling look like the walls of the hut, leave the couches and cover them brightly colored fabric or island print material. Hang cool island decorations (paper lanterns, strings of lights, hibiscus flowers etc). You could make a center cabana table with a thatch roof or raffia roof (kinda like the Craft Cabana in the deco book for OI) for you to teach from... This would save having to get those couches outta there! Smile
